Award winning 'Say No to Drugs' poster by Rafal Olbinski 

AWARD FOR THE BEST
POSTER IN THE WORLD

Poster for the campaign against drugs.  Awarded the Grand Prix Savignac, Louis Derbre trophy in the International Poster competition, "The Most Memorable Poster in the World" sponsored by UNESCO in Paris in 1994.  This poster also received the Gold Medal from the Society of Illustrators in New York, and the Gold Award in Studio Magazine„s Annual Competition in Toronto, Canada.

Rafal Olbinski„s paintings and posters have garnered more than 100 awards, including gold medals from the Society of Illustrators and the Art Directors Club of New York.  In 1994 he received a Creative Review Award for the Best in British Illustration in London.  In 1995 his painting was chosen for the official New York City Capital of the World poster by a jury led by Rudolph Guiliani, Mayor of New York.  In 1996 he won the Steven Dohanos award as the Best in Show in the Society of Illustrators members annual exhibition.  In 1997 the Spectrum (International Competition for Fantastic Art) jury awarded his New York City Opera poster for Falstaff the Gold Award in the advertising category.
